Template work is done on a per hour rate of $50. There are almost endless options when it comes templates, however, we are slightly restricted in terms of design. Template web sites take less money to construct, and they can be produced on a fast time schedule. Please be aware that the customer "rents" this type of website. If they decide to change hosting companies, the site cannot be transferred.

These sites take longer to develop (minimum one-month), and they are more expensive to develop than the template option. If the customer switches to another hosting company or hires the personnel to manage the site, the entire site will be transferred to the client. In other words, the clients own this type of site.
